Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses Hümor Unleashed (HÜ) at humorunleashed.com: whoever creates a room (the host) and whoever joins it (the guests). By using the game you accept them. The Italian version is the reference text.

Who we are

HÜ is run by Matteo Giuditta. For anything: info@humorunleashed.com.

Adults only

HÜ is a party game with dark humour, for people aged 18 and over. By joining a room you declare you are an adult. If we find out a minor is playing, we may close the room.

The service

• You play in the browser: the host creates a room, guests join with the code. Guests have no account.
• The game is free. Some features may become paid (Host Pass, Party Pass): prices and conditions will be shown before any purchase, and nothing free today stops being free without notice.
• Rooms are temporary: they disappear a few hours after the last activity. A game can stop because of an update or a fault: sorry, but we can't promise the service is always available or error-free.
• We may change the game, the decks and these terms. If we change the terms in a significant way we say so on the site and, to hosts with an account, by email.

Content rules

Everything is fair game, except real people by full name, minors, and protected groups as the target. This applies to cards, nicknames, the notes you send us and cards proposed by the community. The full rules are in the content policy.

Don't use HÜ to harass anyone, to spread illegal content or to get around the service's limits (bots, automated room creation, attacks). We may close a room or an account that breaks these rules.

Host accounts

• The account is optional. You sign in with a link by email or with Google; keep access to your email safe.
• You can delete it whenever you want from the "Your account" page.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; if that happens we write to you with the reason.

Share cards

When you share a share card you publish the winning combo, with the winner's nickname and face, wherever you choose. Only share combos of people who are fine with it. If a card is about you and you don't want it online, write to us.

Ownership

The game, the brand, the design and HÜ's decks are ours. You can share share cards and screenshots of games; you can't copy or resell the decks. The notes and cards you send us stay yours, but you let us use them to improve the game.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and in every case where the law does not allow liability to be limited. We are not liable for what players write or do in rooms, or for service interruptions. If you are a consumer, all your rights under consumer law remain.

Law and courts

Italian law applies. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer lives has jurisdiction.
